Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing your tracking details.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India.

For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be added to your total at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 2–3 business days. Tier 2/3 Cities: 3–5 business days. Remote Locations: up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We partner with top-tier logistics aggregators like Shiprocket to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your pincode, your order will be shipped via trusted carriers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or Ecom Express.

Cash on Delivery is available for most pincodes across India for orders under ₹5,000. If your pincode is not serviceable for COD, the option will be disabled at checkout. Please note that an additional verification step via WhatsApp or OTP may be required to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also use the 'Track Order' page on our website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
